“We feel the same frustration as our supporters, we all want the blip to stop as well.
“But Tommy handles that side of things very well. It’s a two-way thing.
“It’s about trying to educate supporters but, by the same token, they can educate us in terms of what’s required.
“We have even invited one or two supporters in and they’ll see us working hard behind the scenes and what we are trying to achieve. We think that type of communication is healthy.”
