Buddies boss Danny Lennon reckons Dundee will be a different proposition for his men now that John Brown is at the Dens Park helm.

Former Rangers star ‘Bomber’ moved into the Tayside hotseat after the Dark Blues parted company with Barry Smith.

And Lennon has warned his players to expect plenty of fight from their opponents in tonight’s SPL clash, which kicks-off at 7.45pm.

He told Express Sports: “John is an experienced campaigner but he took a little bit of stick when he took over.

“I’m sure he’ll have them fighting for everything. In fact, you can see that already.

“Look at the impact the change of manager had when they did well to come back against St Johnstone last week – and they were unlucky to lose against Dundee United at the weekend.

“We know it’s going to be a tough game but we’ll be ready for the challenge.

“Three of the top six positions have been taken by Celtic, Motherwell and Inverness but the other three places are up for grabs – and we want one of them.”
