League Cup Final tickets are now available on line to season ticket holders

Tickets for St Mirren’s hotly-anticipated showdown with Hearts at Hampden went on sale via the web last night.
Season ticket holders are first in the queue for the Scottish Communities League Cup final briefs and can purchase a maximum of six tickets each.
Although the club has not yet received its allocation for the big game on Sunday, March 17, Saints chiefs are aware that demand from the supporters is high, thus prompting the online sale to season ticket holders now.
A club spokesman said: “As yet the club has not received the tickets from the Scottish Football League but are aware that supporters are keen to buy tickets sooner rather than later.
“So, by starting the sale online, it allows fans to secure tickets now.”
The sale of the cup final tickets will be exclusive to season tickets holders until 5pm on Wednesday, February 27.
The general sale will start thereafter on Thursday, February 28.
As things stand, tickets are only available from the online ticket shop at www.smfctickets.co.uk
Once the club receives its initial allocation of 11,500 tickets – with a further 6,000 available – the details for the over the counter sale at the St Mirren ticket office will be confirmed.
Tickets purchased online can either be uplifted once actual tickets are received from the SFL, or can be posted out by signed-for delivery.
Prices range from £10 for kids up to £25 for adults.
